Spring break is fast approaching and has reminded us that this annual season is a time of new life, new growth, renewal and transformation.
Here at JPS, challenges, growth and change are part of the student’s every-day lives but Spring is a reminder to follow along and take our cues from nature and to do a literal ‘spring cleaning’. With the longer and brighter days here in Dubai, we can use this opportunity to re-think our family health, emotions and relationships. To foster a renewed sense of well being and dust of the winter blues we could get out and about and start to get a bit more active with the family. We could be mindful to keep in touch with friends and family and also consider developing new interests.

Here in the Well Being Department change, transformation and new beginnings have been particularly relevant this month with Well Being Teacher, Natalie Sinclair commencing her maternity leave and Olivia Gavin coming on board to take over the role whilst she is away. Our office continues to be open during school hours, 5 days a week and we are always happy to help.
Wishing everyone good health and a renewed sense of well being this season.
